Mumm-Ra & the Mutants - Team breakdown

Mumm-Ra the Ever-Living and the Mutants are the villains of the Thundercats. Mumm-Ra acts as their leader and big bad guy, while the Mutants are more like henchmen. In order to get this team into shape to compete with the others, I added some extra villains from the SilverHawks to pad the numbers. So here is a brief breakdown of each character.

Mumm-Ra the Ever-Living - He is an undead evil sorcerer bound to serve four malevolent, godlike beings called the Ancient Spirits of Evil. Mumm-Ra is a native to Third Earth, the planet the Thundercats come to after fleeing their home planet of Thundera. Mumm-Ra possesses the nearly unlimited knowledge of mystic arts. He can summon this power in assist him in any way he chooses. Examples: electrokinesis (control electricity), levitation (he can fly), shapeshifting, temporal manipulation, teleportation, pyschokinesis (ability to influence a physical system, like an enemy base, without physically interacting with it), transfiguration (change things into other things), mind control, astral projection (voluntary out of body experience), and scrying (seeing images in a crystal ball).  Mumm-Ra can also call upon the spirits to transform his old decrepid body into a large, muscular, younger body that can physically face enemies while also wielding his magical abilites. Mumm-Ra is a great villain, and would be difficult to face on his own.

The Mutants:
Slythe - the original leader of the Mutants, who chased the fleeing Thundercats from Thundera and crash landed on Third Earth. They discovered Mumm-Ra's lair and became his servants. Slythe is cunning and intuitive but that's really it. He's the former leader of the Reptilians, a lizard-like race of beings. He doesn't have abilities other than the weapons he carries, a blaster and a melee weapon.

Jackalman - former leader of the Jackalmen (I know, I know...) a race of humanoid jackals (duh...), and pilot for the Mutants. In the 2011 reboot, he was given a real name, Kaynar, and was described as a deranged pyschopath. Again, no abilities other than attributes from his species and whatever weapons he may carry.

Monkian - former leader of the Monkians (do you see the theme here?) a race of (you guessed it!) ape-men. He acts as the scout for the Mutants. His abilities are also attributes of his species along with a flail and projectile-firing shield.

The SilverHawks villains we're using to fluff up the team a bit are:

Mon*Star - He is the quintillionaire alien mob boss in the Galaxy of Limbo. He looks like a muscular feline humanoid with dark hair streaked with red that looks like a lion's mane, and an eyepatch with the symbol of a black star. He possesses Limbo's Moonstar and uses its beams and reciting the words, "Moonstar of Limbo, give me the might, the muscle, the menace, of MON*STAR!" his body becomes encased in spiked armor from head to toe. He also regains his left eye, along with the ability to fire the crimson Light Star beam which he uses to stun or destroy. He carries a weapon bird, like the SilverHawks, named Sky Shadow and rides a giant "space squid" he calls Sky-Runner.

Hardware - Mon*Star's weapons specialist and most dangerous associate. He is extremely intelligent who carries a sack full of self-engineered weapons and equipment. He has strong talent for inventing things and can build devilishly effective machines. He also carries a weapon-bird, like the SilverHawks do, named Prowler.

Windhammer - an eco-terrorist and another member of Mon*Star's mob. He carries a huge "blasting" tuning fork that manipulates or generates destructive weather patterns.

This team isn't a team to just gloss over. They may not seem like they're in the same league as say, the Avengers or the Justice League, but the combination of force and magic is not something to underestimate.
